The Butterfly ( serves 2 )

Butterfly pea syrup, Lemon

1- Grab a coup glass or champagne flute and set aside.

2- Add the mix and 4 oz of Gin or Vodka into your shaker.

3- Add an egg white and dry shake it ( shake without ice ) .

4- Add ice to the shaker and hard shake it for 15 seconds.

5- Strain into your glass and garnish with pea flowers.

Pro Tip: Always shake with lots of ice!

For one cocktail simply mix half the mix with 2 oz gin or Vodka.

If you want to make it a Mocktail, just mix it with ice, stir and add soda to taste!
