0.5 oz Pineapple Syrup
0.5 oz Mint Syrup
2 oz of Bourbon or Gin
Crush your ice: fill a zip-lock bag with ice and cover with a dish cloth. Hammer the bag with a mallet or back of a large spoon.
Fill your shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients to shaker and hard shake for 20 seconds.
Serve over crushed ice.
Garnish with mint.
